Sales Project Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. As a Sales Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales initiatives, managing project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet project objectives
- Coordinate with sales teams to identify project requirements and deliverables
- Utilize Acculynx software for project planning and tracking
- Coordinate with production team to ensure project timeliness and accuracy
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope and goals
- Review insurance loss documentation for accuracy
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Apps, email and internet browsers
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
-Ambitious, self-motivated and self-disciplined
- Knowledge of roofing and siding construction methods (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with how to read an insurance scope of work (preferred)
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and climb on a standard slope rooftop
