Closet America is looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst! The Senior Marketing Analyst will be tasked with the comprehensive assessment of both digital and traditional marketing channels to gauge performance and pinpoint areas ripe for improvement. A significant part of their role involves measuring the ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns, closely monitoring, and reporting on key marketing KPIs such as leads, lead quality, conversion rates and website traffic. The role will require proper management of the marketing budget across various channels to achieve an overall marketing investment as a percentage of sales achieved.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Conduct in-depth marketing channel analyses to inform performance improvement strategies
• Develop and manage the marketing budget aligned with strategic goals, ensuring optimal investment and budget adherence
• Generate accurate marketing campaign forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities
• Provide actionable insights from data trends to optimize marketing strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for aligned and coordinated marketing efforts
• Monitor and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends, incorporating new marketing analysis tools and techniques
• Accurately measuring the ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
• Ability to effectively manage 3rd party vendors and partners
• Deep desire to understand all aspects of the business and the journey of how a lead becomes a sale
• Indepth collaboration with the call center to maintain the quality and nurturing of various lead sources

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years’ experience in marketing analysis, with a strong preference for experience across both digital and traditional marketing channels
• Demonstrated prowess in budget management and the ability to generate precise forecasts
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, PowerBI) and Excel
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex data for diverse audiences
• Proven leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and a results-oriented, competitive attitude
• The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• A team player committed to the success of the entire company and savvy with technology, including CRMs and cloud-based applications
• High emotional intelligence, adept at managing complex customer negotiations and diffusing difficult situations
• Requires an individual aimed at driving the company’s marketing strategies towards measurable success
