The Escrow Receptionist will serve as the first face of Closing Connection Title because you are the first impression to many of our clients and customers.

The right candidate must be extremely reliable, outgoing and have a positive mindset in a professional environment.

This position includes answering phones and greeting visitors to our office, as well as maintaining the lobby and closing rooms. You will support our escrow team by opening new orders and coordinating services with our vendors, Other duties include communicating by email, phone and in person with clients, ordering supplies, sending out policies and other mail, and other general administrative tasks.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (Microsoft Office)
• Have a sense of urgency and able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Familiar with the standard concepts, practices and procedures of the escrow and title process (Preferred, but NOT Required)
• Detailed oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information.
• Must have excellent communication skills on all levels within and outside of the organization.
• Must take pride in quality work and excellent service.
• Must be willing to cross train and learn new tasks
• Must be a team player with a can-do attitude.
• Must be able to take initiative and be proactive

Professionalism, excellent attention to detail, a positive and friendly attitude, and general flexibility are required. Previous Office setting experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
