Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Sales exective Experinced in selling IT staffing and IT services to join our team and provide customer success support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Staffing Industry, Contract staffing, seasonal IT recruitment, candidate screening, excellent customer communication skills and excellent knowledge on technology.

Responsibilities:

• Find customers who are in need of contract IT staffing
• Identify and bring customers who are in need IT services, IT consulting and Business consulting services
• Understand IT requirements and job requirements clearly and able to propose right fit candidates to customers.
• Co-Ordinate and Communicate with customer and recruitment team and identify the right resource for the customer.
• Learn and adopt latest tech trends and demands and create pipeline of customers and candidates

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning etc.
• Strong knowledge of technical resource assessments like java developer, data scientist etc..
• Ability to travel across multiple geography for various events and customer meetings
• Strong communication and social skills
• Strong IT staffing and recruitment experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $128,418.00 per year
