Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Sales Associate to join our team at Cloud City. As a key member of our retail store, you will assist customers in finding the right vaping and cannabinoid products to suit their preferences and needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service by actively greeting and engaging with customers.
• Educating customers on various vaping products, including e-liquids, devices, and accessories, as well as cannabinoid products.
• Demonstrating how to use different vaping devices and cannabinoid products, and troubleshooting common issues.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store, including product displays and inventory appearance.
• Processing sales transactions accurately using our POS system.
• Upholding store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant shopping environment.

Requirements:

• Must be 21
• 2 years of previous retail experience necessary, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Knowledge and interest in vaping products, and cannabinoid trends.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers, greeting them and offering assistance as they enter the store.
• Escort customers through our range of products, showcasing our vaping and cannabinoid offerings.
• Provide informed advice and recommendations to customers, helping them make informed choices.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
• Exercise judgment and tact to resolve any customer concerns or issues.
• Maintain adherence to scheduling commitments, ensuring store coverage during designated hours.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, able to engage customers effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues as they arise.
• Experienced and knowledgeable in vaping products.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $9.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 48 per week
