- Implement, configure, and customize Oracle Fusion Financials applications to meet CSG requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures related to Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on Oracle Fusion Financials functionalities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Fusion Financials features, updates, and best practices.
- Assist in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management, Intercompany, ONESOURCE
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Oracle certification in Fusion Financials is a plus.
