you will be responsible for leading the design process for complex user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of user experience. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process for complex user interfaces, including wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure that design solutions meet business goals and user needs

* Conduct user research to inform design decisions and develop user personas and user journeys

* Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices for the organization

* Work closely with the design team to ensure that design solutions are cohesive and aligned with the organization's overall design vision

Requirements:

* 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on user-centered design principles

* Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

* Portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience

* Strong understanding of user research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, and user testing

* Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box

* Experience with design systems and design standards

* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

* Power BI or Tableau experience

* Experience with front-end development and HTML/CSS

* Knowledge of design systems and design standards

* Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision

* Certification in UX design or a related field

* Experience with Agile development methodologies
