- Monitor and resolve system errors.
- Develop and modify software.
- Assist in system upgrades and transitions.
- Create and maintain documentation.
- Ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
- Utilize Azure DevOps for SDLC workflow.
**Required Skills:**
- Visual Studio, .NET Framework, C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET/WCF, Razor, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, XML/XSLT.
- Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS.
- Azure DevOps, Windows Server, IIS, PowerShell.
- HL7 messages and Rhapsody Integration Engine (highly desired).
**Experience:**
- 5 years in .NET and SQL Server development.
- 3 years in Entity Framework.
- Experience in web application development and healthcare IT.
- Government experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
