**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Software Process Engineer to implement and support standard software engineering processes for various agencies. This role involves participating in the full life-cycle of software process improvement initiatives, from planning to implementation. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities for process improvements, supporting teams in understanding and using processes, and collaborating with Team Leads and Program Managers to guide team members. Familiarity with industry process models and standards is essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Upgrade and operationalize the current access management solution (CA SiteMinder) for multiple agency applications, including components such as SiteMinder Policy Server, Policy Store, Administration UI, and Access Gateway.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any bugs related to the upgrade.

- Create an upgrade guide and update system design documentation.

- Communicate and coordinate with multiple application teams using the SiteMinder solution.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

· Lead project teams and facilitate discussions.

· Organize and prioritize project work.

· Be the lead problem solver.

· Operate effectively in agile project environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience

· Minimum 3 years of agile software development leadership experience

· High proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, and Office suite

PREFERENCES:

· Scrum, PMP, ITIL, or SAFe certification

· ServiceNow platform experience
