Hybrid - onsite 3 days a week Tuesday-Thursday Local to - charlotte NC, Scottsdale AZ, Philadelphia, PAMust Have Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years related work experience or Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience
- ITIL certification, ServiceNow Administrator and ServiceNow Developer Certifications
- ServiceNow development experience
- AWS Certifications: Solutions Architect Associate, SysOps Administrator Associate or Developer Associate certification
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB is a plus
- Experience with system deployment and decommissioning
- Experience designing workflows
- Understanding of network provisioning and automation
- Understanding of enterprise storage configurations and concepts
- Experience with load balancing and firewall technology concepts as it relates to application architecture
- Monitoring and event management experience
- Configuration Management, CMDB, and service mapping experience
