Responsibilities
- Prepare mechanical schematics, conceptual models, and programming packages.
- Experience with building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and pneumatics.
- Coordinate building point clouds and develop technical requirements for infrastructure projects.
- Ensure design deliverables comply with laws, codes, orders, and MSTS policies.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including system engineers, facility managers, and project engineers.
- Develop figures for reports and specifications and build teaming relationships with technical organizations.
- Work effectively as both a team member and leader to ensure task and project success.
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, preferably from an ABET-accredited program.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Revit is desirable.
- Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for government clearance.
