Clovity, Inc. is Hiring a Director of Nursing (DON) Near Seaford, DE
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department.
- Contract Weeks: 9 weeks
- Guaranteed hours:40 hrs
- Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
- NOTE: Will be on call. Might have to work on the cart in staffing challenged days.
Duties:
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Manage nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Oversee shift management and scheduling
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
