We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings and possess a strong background in medical-surgical care, home care, and pediatric nursing.
- Contract Weeks: 9 weeks
- Guarantee: 40 hrs
Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care
- Manage medication administration and IV infusion procedures
- Coordinate medical documentation and maintain accurate records
- Conduct utilization reviews to optimize patient care
- Provide specialized care for children, seniors, and patients with complex medical needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
- Supervise laboratory testing and analyze results for appropriate interventions
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
