Position OverviewWe are seeking a Marketing Coordinator for full-time employment based on performance. This role is pivotal in enhancing our provider relationships and community engagement through strategic marketing initiatives.
Core ResponsibilitiesProfile Management: Maintain and update providers' profiles on reputation management platforms, and actively respond to online feedback. This includes meeting with the reputation management platform vendors and tracking reports.
Onboarding New Providers: Assisting in the marketing onboarding of new providers joining CLS Health. This includes creating business and rack cards, ensuring correct information to published on our company website, and providing any additional marketing items.
Event Coordination and Community Engagement: Plan and execute events aimed at increasing provider visibility and community engagement, thereby enhancing our brand's reach and impact. This includes organizing monthly new provider luncheons and participating in community events.
Content Creation: Utilize graphic design skills to create engaging marketing materials that support our strategic objectives. Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and website content. Manage content calendars to ensure timely publication of content.
Budget Management: Oversee and manage the financial aspects of marketing campaigns and events to ensure efficient use of resources. Handle marketing department invoices, budget tracking, and other administrative tasks.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Experience with the Google Ads Platform to effectively target and drive marketing campaigns.

- Communication Skills: Ability to speak to doctors and members of leadership
