We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a professional and courteous Patient Service Representative I to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, coordinating financial responsibilities, and ensuring that our patients have a positive experience when they visit our facility.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Verify patient information, including insurance coverage and personal information
- Collect co-pays and other fees from patients at the time of service
- Ensure the referrals are in the patient's chart before the patient comes in
- Maintain patient records and ensure that they are accurate and up to date
- Count cash box and complete cash reconciliation forms. Once close is completed, sign off on EBO report and cash reconciliation
- Handle patient complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed

- 5 years of experience in a medical office or customer service environment preferred
