POSITION OVERVIEW:

Relocatable Position. Working with a tenured General Manager at a busy site to focus on growth and development to ultimately become a manager within the company. They serve a vital role that has the responsibility of maintaining the facility, developing team members, and providing excellent customer service. Managers in Training uphold and enforce company policy and ensure that their team maximizes operational capability

As A Manager-In-Training You Will:

• Learn to lead a team to success by growing customer volume, driving sales and increasing profitability for the store
• Maintain a high level of integrity and character
• Assist in supervising and leading team members
• Complete administrative duties including but not limited to time cards, scheduling, inventory, sales reports, training, chemical costs
• Provide coaching and feedback on operational performance
• Be ready to work in accordance with all Club Car Wash rules, policies, and protocols

• Ensure all team members are trained to meet their operational job duties

• Ensure new hire training and continuing education is complete for all employees

• Manage daily operations

• Ensure that equipment is maintained and operationally ready

• Develop team members to deliver results
