We are looking fora Full-Time Senior Shift Supervisor who will lead by example,providing excellent customer service, preparing, and demonstratingproducts to club members.

The Senior Shift Supervisorwill oversee scheduled in-warehouse events in the absence of theEvent Manager. They will assist the Event Manager with dailyoperations including reports, interviewing, training, supervisingteam members, conducting product demonstrations as needed andensuring compliance with companypolicy.

Responsibilities :

• Assist Event Manager withday-to-day operations and manage in-warehouse events in theirabsence
• Prepare and demonstrate foodand non-food vendor products to Costco clubmembers
• Interact with customers andmanagement in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoingmanner
• Generate brand awareness andpositive product impressions to increasesales
• Provide excellent customerservices, including assessing the needs of the customer to bestrecommend products
• Other duties asassigned

Requirements :

• Customer serviceoriented with previous retail or food service leadershipexperience
• Excellent communication skills and superb membercare
• Flexibility and ability towork in a fast-paced environment
• Able to followwritten and verbal instructions, perform routine tasks with minimalsupervision
• Basic computerskills

Pay Rate is$25.00 / Hr.
