The Role:
Social Media Content Creator, Community Manager & Potentially Fitness Influencer
Ready to turn your passion for fitness and social media into an incredible career? We're looking for someone who lives and breaths fitness. You should be a creative powerhouse who embraces the ability for digital content to build community. If you get excited about crafting viral posts and love the energy of a bustling fitness community, this is YOUR opportunity!

If the role turns out to be a good fit, you will not only become the social media manager, but there is the opportunity to grow your voice as an influencer.

Content Creation Superpowers:
Capture and share inspiring member transformation stories
Create trending content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc
Collaborate with expert trainers to share game-changing fitness tips
Design content that stops the scroll and drives engagement

Desired Technical Skills:
Canva, CapCut, and all the latests editing/creation softwares
Social Media Management Tools
Email Marketing Platforms
WordPress and CMS platforms
Photography skills (both DSLR and mobile)
Social media analytics and reporting
Ability to monitor social analytics platforms
SEO best practices

Your Daily Adventures Include:
Creating and scheduling engaging content across all major platforms
Managing relationships with UGC creators
Tracking metrics and creating performance reports
Collaborating with fitness experts for content creation and possibly creating your own content
Responding to community engagement
Planning and executing social media campaigns

Required Qualifications
Impressive portfolio showcasing your best social media campaigns
Experience with fitness/wellness content creation is a plus
CPR and AED certification (or willing to obtain)

Schedule Requirements
Full-time, exempt position (40 hours/week)
Must be available for some early mornings, evenings, or weekends for special events
Flexible scheduling available

Work Environment
Modern, upscale fitness facility
Primary activity will be content creation and community management
Fast-paced, energetic atmosphere

Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
