Job Description:
We are seeking a creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a social media manager, you will be instrumental in building strategies, refining content in various formats, and contributing to the growth of our clients' marketing initiatives.
You'll work directly with clients to ensure you know the brand like the back of your hand and can best support them. Meanwhile, you'll report directly to the founder and have a team to assist where needed.
This is a hybrid position, meaning you will be expected to be in person for client meetings, content shoots and team meetings in Denver, CO.
Responsibilities:
Build strong client relationships by staying responsive, understanding their needs, and providing regular updates. Address scope creep proactively to keep projects on track.
Develop and manage social media strategies aligned with client goals, leveraging industry trends and competitor insights to drive growth.
Create high-quality content, from videos to graphics, that aligns with client objectives and brand standards. Ensure all materials resonate with target audiences.
Stay current on industry trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to client strategies.
Measure campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver reports with actionable insights to optimize strategies and demonstrate results.
Find and onboard creators that align with client goals, budgets, and brand identity to enhance engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in developing and implementing social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Expertise in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Monday, and Airtable for efficient content creation and project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, with practical experience in digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing metrics and optimize content performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a knack for creating engaging, audience-specific content.
- Exceptional multitasking and project management abilities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Sharp attention to detail and consistency in meeting deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing creative content and successful campaigns.
