The Facility Buyer is responsible for defining and implementing Club Med’s Purchasing strategy to the purchasing categories he/she is charge of, both for Club Med resorts & offices in North America Business Unit
Leads the following categories:
Ø Facility Management: Security and lifeguards, landscaping, laundry, cleaning of common areas and housekeeping, waste management and recycling...
Ø Maintenance: Fitness and some landscape & sea equipment (ex: golf cars, security boats).
Ø Transportation: guest (GM) and employees (GE) transportation Ø Marketing services (Printing, Marketing and communication agencies…)
In support for the following categories:
Ø Energy: support the Technical and Energy Managers in the negotiation process
Ø Others: GE housing (support of HR), local income (support of income Manager), IT (Support of Technical Manager mainly for TV leasing and purchases).
Therefore, the Corporate Services Buyer is the preferred partner of internal clients (villages and offices) and work with them to build the global strategy and supply Club Med with products and services at the appropriate level of quality/cost and lead-time.
