YOUR ROLE:
As a member of our team, you’ll lead apparatus-focused workout routines using Balanced Body reformers, EXO chairs, TRX, springboards, ballet barre, and more. We value instructors who confidently work with members at all levels, delivering challenging Pilates classes in a safe and effective manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current full apparatus Pilates Certification with 450 hours of experience or equivalent.
• Experience teaching group classes.
• Ability to demonstrate effective group reformer instruction.
• An energetic, positive, and motivational style teaching.
• Punctuality, reliability, and dedication.
• A desire to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with club management software or willingness to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide Pilates group reformer classes to studio standards.
• Instruct members using a variety of equipment, ensuring a safe and creative experience.
• Offer private, semi-private, demo, or other sessions as needed.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean workout environment.
• Assist when needed with client check-ins.
• Promote retail and membership sales & services.
• Be a motivating and inspiring presence in the studio.
