As we continue our rapid expansion, we’re looking for dynamic and sales-driven Sales Associates to join our team and help grow our community.

Position Overview:
As a Sales Associate at Club Pilates, your role will focus on driving membership sales, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the studio. You will be a key point of contact for potential and current members, assisting with membership sign-ups, product sales, and ensuring a welcoming and supportive studio environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about fitness and sales to grow with a fast-expanding brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Member Engagement:

  • Drive membership sales by providing an excellent studio experience for all prospects.
  • Conduct tours of the studio, explaining membership options, class offerings, and the benefits of Pilates.
  • Assist in lead generation through grassroots marketing, networking, and promotional events.
  • Follow up with leads via phone calls, emails, and texts to convert them into members.
  • Meet and exceed monthly membership sales and retention goals.
  • Promote retail products and upsell private training sessions and special programs.

Customer Service:

  • Provide a high level of service and support to both prospective and current members.
  • Address member inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with members to encourage long-term engagement.
  • Handle studio check-in processes, class scheduling, and assist members with account-related tasks.

Studio Operations:

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment.
  • Assist in daily studio operations, including managing inventory, opening and closing duties, and restocking retail products.
  • Ensure adherence to all Club Pilates policies and procedures.
  • Utilize the ClubReady software system to manage member accounts, schedule classes, and track attendance.

Marketing and Outreach:

  • Support studio marketing initiatives by participating in community events, local partnerships, and social media efforts to drive brand awareness.
  • Actively contribute to the promotion of new member specials, workshops, and studio events.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of sales experience (preferably in fitness, retail, or hospitality).
  • Passion for fitness and an understanding of Pilates (previous Pilates experience is a plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Strong customer service skills and a desire to create a positive, welcoming environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or studio software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
