Our tutors are experienced, degreed professionals and/or state-certified instructors with impeccable credentials and a heartfelt enthusiasm for teaching.
We serve all ages, from pre-kindergarten through adult. Tutoring is available in all core subjects - reading, mathematics, science, history - as well as study skills, foreign languages, standardized test prep, assessment testing such as ACT and SAT, music lessons, and much more.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role located in Charlotte, NC for a Teacher at Club Z! In-Home Tutoring Services. The Teacher will be responsible for providing one-on-one instruction to students in various subjects, including reading, mathematics, science, history, study skills, and foreign languages. The Teacher will also be responsible for developing lesson plans, implementing educational activities, and assessing student progress.
Qualifications
- Education, Teaching, and Training skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in lesson planning
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
- Strong knowledge of the subject area(s) being taught
- Patience, compassion, and enthusiasm for teaching
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification is a plus
