**Job Description:** As a Cafe Assistant, your role is essential in making sure our customers have an amazing experience. You’ll help serve food and drinks, keep things tidy, and support our team in providing outstanding service. *
*Key Responsibilities:** - Greet customers with a smile and take their orders accurately. - Prepare and serve food and drinks according to our menu standards. -
Keep the cafe clean and organized—both in dining areas and food prep spaces. - Help manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide top-notch customer service by answering questions and solving any issues. - Work with your team to ensure smooth cafe operations and maintain a positive vibe.
**Qualifications:** - Previous experience in a cafe or food service is required.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
