Clubessential is Hiring a HR Business Partner Near Cincinnati, OH

We are looking for an ambitious, empathetic HRBP with grit to strengthen our most important asset: Our People. As a Clubessential Holdings HRBP, you will provide strategic leadership for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives which align with our overall business strategy. This position can shape the culture, policies, and best practices for all people-related matters. You will be the employee advocate, accountable and responsible for developing and retaining key talent that enables our future growth and success.
What You’ll Do
  • Influence, collaborate, and win over leaders by bringing practical solutions.
  • Work in a complex matrixed organization.
  • Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Be involved in all aspects of people management including Performance Management, Learning and Development, Talent Review / Development, Recruitment; Benefits and creating a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion and empathy.
  • Establish trust and provide counsel to business leaders regarding their behaviors, skills, competencies, including individual and team development, business-decision-making, problem-solving, and general leadership practice.
  • Drive organization change initiatives to facilitate transition to future state.
  • Have fun and encourage others to do the same.
What You’ll Bring
  • Years of experience in an HRBP role is not as important to your success as drive, ambition, and ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field to human resources preferred.
  • Outstanding communicator with relationship-building skills. You know when to listen as well as when to speak up.
  • Hands on experience in coaching leaders and handling difficult conversations.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases (UltiPro experience a plus)
  • Thorough knowledge of US employment law and HR best practices.
  • Strong computer skills are required.
  • Must have the ability to develop, present and implement HR strategic plans.
  • Must have proven experience working with all levels of management and to be comfortable with conflict and negotiation as well as interactions with senior management.
