Role: Business Development Manager- Sales

Location: Nashville, TN

Hybrid: (4 days onsite- nonnegotiable)

Salary: $70K base commission opportunity

Clutch is looking for a Business Development Manager- Sales for an agency client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a fresh sales plan aligned with company goals to drive new business.
• Prospect and qualify leads, identifying high-potential clients who stand to benefit most.
• Craft captivating sales presentations that clearly showcase the value we offer to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close deals, consistently exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients, by truly understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
• Conduct market research to stay on top of industry trends and uncover new business opportunities.
• Analyze sales data and reports to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience conquering the world of media/marketing sales, ideally within an advertising or marketing agency.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a similar field.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals - you're a closer!
• Communicate, present, and negotiate with the best of them.
• Builds strong relationships with ease, connecting with clients at all levels.
• Understands the sales process inside and out, employing a data-driven approach to crush goals.
• CRM software, sales tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ideally possesses a strong understanding of our industries and the products/services we offer.
