Title: HR/Office Manager

Location: hybrid 3-4 days in Blue Bell, PA

Temp to perm: $45-50/hr

Our client is a growing healthcare marketing agency seeking a talented and organized HR/Office Manager to join their team. This unique role combines the strategic aspects of Human Resources with the day-to-day operations of our office. You will play a vital role in supporting our employees, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of the entire agency.

Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs that promote employee engagement and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices in the healthcare marketing industry.

Office Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of office administration, including budgeting, purchasing, and vendor management.
  • Manage office space and facilities, ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Provide administrative support to the agency leadership team.
  • Maintain office equipment and supplies.
  • Process invoices and manage petty cash.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and/or office management.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, a team player mentality, and a passion for creating a great company culture.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare/pharma marketing and ad industry a plus
