Role: Sr. Agile Project Manager, Product

Rate: up to $75/hr

Converting: $150-180k

Location: Oakland, CA (Hybrid 4 days a week)

Clutch has a client looking for a Senior Project Manager to assist our client on a 3–6-month contract to hire position.

Responsibilities

• Agile project management experience, supporting Product Managers by planning, collaborating with stakeholders on product development delivery.
• Develop and optimize workflows utilizing project management tools.
• Document scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Build collaboration across teams, managing roles for both internal and external contributors.
• Assess workflow efficiency.
• Improve project management processes.
• Forecast and communicate status, risks, and issues.
• Track and plan product budgets, providing reporting to key stakeholders.
• Plan meetings and presentations.
• Oversee creation of memos, slide decks.
• Partner with operations and legal team on contracts and vendor needs.
• Willingness to perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in project management role
• Must have experience with Agile methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or similar required
• Experience with Notion, Asana, Airtable, Figma, and Google Suite preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with a team within timelines and budgets.
• Previous experience working in education, technology, start-up, or non-profit spaces.
