Role: VP, Experiential Production

Location: Nashville, TN

Hybrid 2 days a week (Tues/Wed)

Salary: up to $160k DOE

Clutch is looking for a VP, Experiential Production for an agency client of ours based in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the vision and strategy for the experiential event department.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations.
  • Lead and develop the production teams.
  • Oversee production activities, providing training.
  • Ensure client needs are met as projects develop.
  • Manage resource allocation.
  • Review and approve production budgets within timelines.
  • Lead negotiations with vendors.
  • Oversee all events and activations, ensuring quality.
  • Delegate tasks, manage schedules, and monitor progress.
  • Utilize tools to track working hours, plans.
  • Oversee client reporting for all projects.
  • Support new business pitches.
  • Collaborate with clients to define requirements, scope, and budgets.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Build database of vendors and partners across markets.

Requirements:

  • 15 years of experiential production experience, including content production.
  • Strong budget and timeline management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Keynote, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in the entertainment or music industry strongly preferred.
  • Global or international production experience.
  • Project Management certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with Basecamp or other project management software.
  • Experience with time-tracking and file management software.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field
