Clutter Trucker is Hiring an Office Logistics Coordinator Near Denver, CO

At Clutter Trucker, our business is helping people find order when they’re in crisis. We don’t turn anyone away, and no job is too big for us. Since 2008 we’ve been providing practical help for people facing eviction, surrounded by clutter, overwhelmed with the passing of a loved one, struggling with a disability, and so much more. As the premier company in Denver that specializes in hoarding disorder, we are constantly growing and expanding to help more of our community.

We offer services from organizing, extreme cleaning, decluttering coaching, extermination preparation, and hauling items away to donate or dispose of. We work with many organizations that cover funding for at-risk individuals, along with private clients in various situations.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive Office Logistics Coordinator to enhance our operations and support our dedicated team. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations, delivering exceptional service to those in need, and helping to build the foundation for growth.

We understand that seeking or needing help in hoarding situations can come with trauma and must be handled delicately. We are looking for someone who can manage critical tasks with empathy and efficiency, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and our clients receive the support they need.

What you’ll do:

  • Handle email inquiries, inbound calls, and client callbacks to facilitate job bookings.
  • Answer and manage calls from clients in crisis with empathy and professionalism, ensuring their immediate needs are addressed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, maintaining prompt communication through Slack.
  • Provide daily oversight for all teams in the field.
  • Supervise inventory management of tools and equipment.
  • Facilitate maintenance of our fleet, ensuring all vehicles are serviced and in top condition.
  • Oversee and coach new employees to ensure proficiency and alignment with organizational standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, scheduling, and service delivery.
  • Prepare reports as needed for management review.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve current processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
  • Weekends as needed
