• Job Summary:** As the Administrator/DD Day Program Manager at CLW, you will be responsible for the overall daily operations of the facility in New Paris, OH, catering to adults with developmental disabilities. This full-time role involves managing the building, vehicles, staff, and ensuring high-quality care for clients. The position offers a day shift schedule without weekends or on-call responsibilities.
• Qualifications:** The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Health/Human Services or a related field from an accredited institution. They should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in developmental disabilities, healthcare, social services, or day habilitation services. Previous experience in building management, overseeing vehicle maintenance, leading staff, and providing exceptional client care is advantageous.

• Manage vehicle maintenance and transportation logistics for client services
• Lead and mentor staff members to ensure a positive work environment and quality care for clients
