We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team at CLW in Springfield, Ohio . DSPs provide day-hab and vocational services to adults with developmental disabilities. This full-time, day shift position (Monday-Friday) focuses on delivering quality care, daily activities, and support services to our clients.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Compassionate and willing to learn; training provided
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug test, and criminal background check
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily activities
- Ensure the health and safety of clients
- Collaborate with a team to provide quality care and support services
