To help us achieve this mission we are looking for a Business Controller to support our Business Unit Management Teams making the right business decisions.

What you will do

You are a business partner, looking to achieve the strategic, financial and operational ambitions in a dynamic business. You will lead the Planning & Control cycle for your business unit, translating the business strategy into solid plans and accurate forecasts and providing forward looking insights through monthly business reporting and embedding corrective actions, if needed.

You will drive fact-based decision making through business cases regarding major new clients, pricing, investments and international projects. You will work closely together with international departments like sales, product, operations to provide pro-active and pragmatic advice regarding potential opportunities and risks to drive growth and value creation. There is ample opportunity for own initiative to drive change and make impact.

You will be part of the Business Control team with 5 FTE which is based in Breda and you will report to the Head of Business Finance, which directly reports to our CFO.

You connect with us, if you have

• Master in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent;
• 5 years experience in (commercial) business control;
• Experience in fast paced, dynamic tech environment is a big plus;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English;
• You live in travel distance of our office (HQ) in Breda;

• Are an excellent communicator with a strong business acumen;
• Combine strong financial understanding with great industry interest and strategic thinking;
• Have a continuous improvement mindset and you are always looking for commercial opportunities;
• Are flexible and like working in a fast-paced organization.
