Product Manager

As the Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the strategic direction of our client's dental product portfolio. Your primary focus will involve crafting and implementing comprehensive strategies aimed at fostering the growth their products. This role demands a strategic mindset, exceptional collaboration abilities, and an unwavering passion for driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility for the financial performance of the product line, with a focus on managing the budget, sales and financial targets.
• Develop a comprehensive business plan and Go-to-Market strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders and establish clear business objectives and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the marketing communications team to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
• Work closely with sales to develop effective sales strategies and collaborate with stakeholders to develop launch strategies and plans.
• Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders to drive long-term growth.
• Develop pricing strategies to enhance the product's value proposition and drive sustainable growth.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, product management.
• Must have experience working in the dental industry.
• Strategic thinker skills and customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
• Effective leadership and collaboration abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite
