What You'll Do
- Maintain timely sales incentive plan (SIP) data across the Emerging Business Group, and provide suggestions for improvement based on analysis of performance
- Lead the planning and development of sales incentive plans annually by collaborating with operations to ensure alignment between SIPs and our growth aspirations
- Maintain timely key performance indicator (KPI) data across the Emerging Business Group, and provide suggestions for improvement based on analysis of performance
- Adhoc analysis and project opportunities
- Prior experience, or exposure, to the management of sales incentive plans at a public company is strongly preferred
- Prior experience with the management, analysis and reporting of business metrics / KPIs
- Experience in FP&A or Business Analysis
- Ability to travel, infrequent / light amount of travel
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- MBA, CPA or CMA preferred
