CMK Select, a specialized project management consulting firm dedicated exclusively to the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry is hiring a skilled Medical Affairs Program Manager to oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion of our medical affairs programs and initiatives.

This role involves cross-functional collaboration with clinical development, regulatory affairs, marketing, and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of medical affairs projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of medical affairs programs and projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Facilitate regular meetings and communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical affairs or related roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
• Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of successful program delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Location: Hybrid/ 2-3 days per week at a location near Trenton, NJ

This is a Senior Associate level position at CMK Select, with an initial compensation between $170,000 - $185,000. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
