Compensation: $65.00 per hour
Job Type: Full time or Part-time, telehealth position, Weekend, Overnight and Holiday coverage.

Our rapidly growing medical practice that provides patients with top-of-the-line care is looking for a superstar Telehealth Nurse Practitioner to be part of a telehealth management group. We provide preventive and specialty care services. If you're dedicated to advancing your knowledge, we'd like to meet you!
Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience as Nurse practitioner in primary care.
• Expertise in primary care, acute care and chronic care practices.
• Knowledge of health and patient care regulations.
• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in MD.
• Needs your own collaborating physician or full-practice authority to work as an NP in NJ state.
• Master's degree, PhD is a plus.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide comprehensive telehealth services for chronic conditions.
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of diseases through careful questioning and assessment of patient symptoms via telehealth platform.
• Provide health consultation, education and treatment for patients via telehealth.
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
