We are currently recruiting an Operations Manager, in the Billings, MT area.
The Operations Manager will facilitate in the following areas:
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, B.S. Event Management, B.S. in Criminal Justice, or other closely related degree is desirable.
· Minimum of 2 years management or industry experience.
· The ability to communicate with a diverse staffing population.
· Proven leadership and management experience in a fast-paced environment.
· Must obtain and maintain active state licensing, certifications, and permits.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
· Experienced with invoicing and bill logs.
Benefits:
· Competitive salary 53,000- 58,000
· Performance bonuses each year
· Additional pay at an hourly rate available for out-of-town events.
· Benefit package includes 401k, health plan, and PTO.
