Summary:
Working closely with other individuals in a small distribution office and warehouse environment, this position manages customer accounts, supports Territory Managers, cross-sells products and performs other duties as required.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned above satisfactorily. Position requires an individual to have a strong background in customer service. They must be computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Office Suite, in addition to possessing other data entry skills. Some knowledge of ERP/Order Entry systems would be helpful. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to analyze information, attention to details, and multi-tasking is also important for success in this role.
Education/Experience:
High School graduate, or equivalent. (Some college helpful)
At least 3 years’ experience in customer service.
Other Skills:
