We’re seeking a highly motivated Cost Estimator in Denver, CO.

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related field or 10 years of BHS experience

Required Qualifications:
In order to become a candidate, you must possess the following skills and abilities.

• 10 years of estimating experience.
• Baggage Handling System estimating experience.
• Bid evaluation and negotiation experience.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Vertical construction experience.
• Baggage Handling System experience.
• Occupied renovation experience.
• Design/Build Contract experience.

Responsibilities:

• Review Design/Build Contractor pricing and subcontractor recommendations

throughout the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) process.

• Review and validate change requests.
• Develop independent cost estimates as needed.
• Maintain organized and detailed files, project records and logs.
• Attend project meetings as required.

Salary:

• Salary to commensurate based on experience

Bonus Pay:

A bonus may be granted to employees depending on individual performance, employee utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other non-financial corporate goals; bonus opportunities are available at management’s discretion.
