Job Summary:
· Excellent typing skills with high level of accuracy
· Proficiency in computerized data entry systems
· Familiarity with Quick Books software
· Detail oriented with the ability to spot errors in data entry
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets
· Ability to organize and prioritize projects and tasks
· Perform a variety of routine clerical work including filing, billing, invoicing, verifying and recording information on sales orders and product return requests
· Communication and Correspondence: Handle phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, and be responsible for drafting and proofreading correspondence
· Support for Management Team: Provide support to management by assisting with administrative tasks, including materials purchase, order tracking
· Data Entry and Information Management: Responsible for entering and managing data accurately. Handle data entry tasks, maintain databases, and generate reports or summaries as needed
· Assist with the production of deliverables to clients
· Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
· Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
