CNH is looking for an experienced Receiving Clerk for Monday - Friday 6am to 2:30pm with some OT as needed.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Complete receiving and reconciling paperwork timely, with high degree of accuracy and efficiency, and work closely with company buyers and first line supervisors
• Responsible for reporting any shortages and followup with OEM/Planners.
• Arrange specific locations for all incoming materials
• Including Off Site locations
• Reclassify and identify locations for all materials in the warehouse
• Includes De-Canting of some materials and labeling all materials
• Maintain MAX file to show storage location of materials.
• Follow Process to receive incoming materials, i.e. data entry into Max,
• Follow all safety and quality requirements including but not limited to the maintenance of a safe, clean and orderly warehouse.
• Perform daily housekeeping (Sweep,Trash,Cardboard). Follow all environmental regulations
• Maintain positive relationships with outside carriers and customers
• Perform other related or similar duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

The employee must continually lift and/or move (over 70% of day) up to 40 pounds in dust, cold and heat, PPE is required. Occasionally require the use of an aid to lift heavy weight material to position in difficult work positions. The employee is continuously required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Work overtime as needed to support plant functions. The employee will be required to continuously stoop, kneel, crouch, The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. Continuous mental attention is required to ensure the correct parts are picked, the correct lines are scanned off the pick list and ensure quality parts are delivered to assembly lines.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess good computer skills and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Previous Warehouse Receiving experience and Knowledge of SAP/MAXX/Excel are all preferred. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Prefer thorough knowledge of equipment. Equivalent knowledge and related similar experience in: store keeping methods and procedures, compilation of reports, data entry: ability to recognize and identify a variety of product parts and sub-assemblies by appearance, read receiving slips, shop orders; sales orders, rework orders; accuracy in checking, counting, identifying, recording, reporting, and verifying. Operate fork truck, have valid fork truck operators license.
