The HR Representative acts as a business partner to employees and management at our Wichita, Kansas manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation of HR knowledge, a desire to build working relationships, and a passion to learn the business in order to contribute to the HR elements of business strategies.
This position is located in Wichita, KS
Responsibilities

• Counsel employees and management on all aspects of HR program delivery, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, talent attraction, development and safety/workers’ compensation
• Support the staffing process to ensure positions are filled in a timely manner with high quality candidates
• Design and conduct training on employment practices, as well as specific HR related topics to cultivate the knowledge, understanding, and acceptance of programs
• Analyze development needs and implement training plans/programs that support our lean philosophy and identify continues improvement activities.
• Drive the consistent application of policy and procedure to maintain positive employee relations

The annual salary for this role is $61,125-$89,650 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
QualificationsThe qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar strongly preferred
• 2 years of Human Resources experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• Human Resources experience in a Manufacturing facility
• Strong Excel skills
