We are currently looking for fully qualified professionals to provide consultancy services to organizations through the Telus Health Psychometric Assessment Service and/or the Wellbeing Check Program. Our Assessment and Advisory Service delivers evidence-based psychometric testing in the recruitment and deployment of personnel; as well as the proactive wellbeing check service that is designed to mitigate the risk of psychosocial stress in high-risk roles. Services are predominantly delivered via video, but occasionally delivered face-to-face at customer onsite locations. The successful candidate can be based throughout Australia. What We Are Looking For: Qualifications Psychology, or Social Work. Professional registration with the relevant health professional body (AHPRA, AASW) Minimum five (5) years post-registration experience. A strong background in organisational consultancy.
