Primary Purpose: The Manager, Digital Project Management will drive implementation, development, budgets and project schedules for the digital content for brand and seasonal activations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing marketing, creative or advertising projects with a focus on interactive experience. This individual will identify risks and clearly communicate goals to project stakeholders, with a focus on end to end process. The new role requires experience working with creative agencies and delivering integrated projects.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Project Management to...
  • Create and execute a well-defined project plan including scope, schedule, and resource allocation in partnership with creative studio
  • Establish timelines and clear, consistent communication with all parties regarding delivery of project obligations
  • Review digital innovation briefs and requests and partner with internal Coach teams (2D & 3D Creative Services, Digital Creative, Brand Events, VM) and Global Business Unit partners to establish project priorities and timelines
  • Develop project schedules and scope, communicate project status and schedules to all key stakeholders and ensure key milestones are met
  • Responsible for balancing projects in VE portfolio while developing effective communication processes to inform the cross-functional teams about project progress, roadmaps and key deliverables – create and maintain project dashboard
  • Develop cross-functional relationships between strategy and creative teams, consistently maintaining and improving upon current organizational systems and records
  • Use practical and functional experience and expertise to create innovative solutions, including updating brief templates
  • Identify process standards and best practices for how teams should approach projects
  • Establish, implement, and document standards and best practices for the successful management and completion of projects – build asset trackers, monitor progress through regular updates
  • Help teams understand the creative and business purposes of projects while also providing the guardrails they need to adhere to in order to be successful
  • Route digital assets to business and/or cross-functioning teams for approval and deliver final assets once approved.
  • Play an active role in identifying and then formalizing innovation opportunities into creative briefs
The accomplished individual will possess...
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant professional PM experience
  • Experience delivering commercial- or institutional-scale multifaceted, integrated creative technology projects successfully.
  • Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority, anticipate issues and provide creative solutions
  • Excellent attention to detail, superior communication, customer service and follow-up skills
  • Ability to build effective partnerships, make prudent decisions under pressure and work against tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills, timely delivery of projects
  • Ability to interact successfully with diverse individuals at all levels and make prudent decisions
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Project, Adobe Creative Suite, Slack, Workfront (PM Software) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fashion or Luxury experience a plus
  • Strong strategic-thinking skills, business acumen and problem-solving ability
