**Position Type:** Full-time, Hourly

**Responsibilities:**

* Greet and assist Customers

* Provide customers with excellent fireplace product knowledge

* Assist with product selection and order placement

* Educate customer on products in person, on the phone or over email

* Create and establish great relationships with customers

* Maintain a well-organized environment

* Various administration duties

* Other duties maybe assigned

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma, GED or equivalent

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational skills and professional telephone skills

* Customer service or retail experience

* Organizational, time management and customer service skills

* Regular attendance is required
