Account Coordinator Coalesce Marketing and Design

Coalesce Marketing and Design seeks an energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to support our growing account services team. Work with a strategically creative team to help coordinate the execution of traditional and digital deliverables that support clients’ marketing strategies and, ultimately, help achieve business goals.

Location: Appleton, WI

Position Overview: The Account Coordinator is a pivotal support role at Coalesce Marketing and Design, assisting the account services team in the management and execution of client projects. You will help coordinate the day-to-day activities required to keep client projects on track and build your skills towards advancing to an account executive role. Having a passion for marketing and a knack for detail-oriented work is required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and creative support to account managers and designers
• Assist in the development of project briefs and creative strategies
• Maintain comprehensive client files and communications records
• Participate in client meetings and document discussions and action items
• Support the execution of client projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications
• Manage and update project status reports and contribute to client presentations
• Help coordinate the efforts of creative and production teams to ensure seamless project execution

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an accredited undergraduate program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced industry
