What is an Assistant Residential Manager?

In conjunction with the Residential Manager, establish and oversee day to day operations of the residential home and ensure delivery of services.

Non-Exempt Position

Rates of pay: $17.00 per hour with a $2.00 stipend for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.

Chatham:

Hours: Sunday 8am - 4pm, Monday 1pm - 9pm, Tuesday 1pm - 9pm, Wednesday 9am - 5pm and Thursday 1pm - 9pm.

Hudson:

Hours: Tuesday 11am - 5pm, Wednesday 3pm - 9pm, Thursday 1pm - 9pm, Friday 1pm - 9pm and Saturday 9am - 9pm.

Requirements of the position

• High School Diploma or GED (now called TASC)
• Two years' experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Exceptional written, communication, and computer skills
• A valid NYS Driver's license or the ability to convert an out of state license within 90 days.
• Ability to be certified in all required trainings.
• Occasionally required to lift to 50 pounds.
• Preferred one year of supervisory experience.
