Coast Medical Service is Hiring a Travel RN - PCU - Progressive Care Unit Near Mesa, AZ
Certification Details
- Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission - MUST BE INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
- No candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will be considered - please include a copy in submission
- Banner has a specific cover page! PLEASE vet all locations to the travelers and add all experienced departments candidate are willing to ACCEPT/work in. This helps us get candidates presented quicker as we all know these orders open/close quick!
- This form needs to be 100% accurate and have all request noted in the highlights section.
- Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed.
- All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days.
- RTO will not be approved in the first 2 weeks of assignment.
- All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission.
- If interested in 'any' location, please include what states
- All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission.
- All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page.
- All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept.
- Please let us know if the traveler withdraws or is no longer available.
- Minimum 24 months of current PCU experience - REQUIRED
- No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
- Travel experience - Preferred
- Banner will not approve RTO within the first two weeks or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
- Banner has very specific background requirements that must be adhered to and attested to.
- Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment.
- Non-Billable hours have been adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment.
- Client or Vendor may cancel an Assignment in progress with 7 days written notice without penalty.
