Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Production Lead to join our team. The Production Lead will oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and quality in production operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards
- Train, mentor, and guide production staff
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed
- Maintain inventory levels and order materials as required
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Skills:
- Proficiency in programming and operating machinery such as lathe, press brake machine, and logic controllers
- Experience in materials handling, warehouse operations, and inventory management
- Familiarity with SolidWorks for design purposes
- Ability to use precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
